We check sizes, the application and the compound, and ask if anything is missing.

You receive a quotation for the part, and for a mould if one is needed.
Order and production
The part is moulded to the agreed drawing or sample and dispatched.
From a drawing
- A drawing (PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP), the old part, or a photo with key sizes
- Quantity now, and how often you reorder
- What the part touches (oil, water, heat, outdoors) and the temperature
- Hardness or compound, if your drawing specifies one
From a sample or photo
- Photograph the part beside a ruler: top, side and a cut section if possible
- Write down the key sizes: outside, inside, thickness
- Note where it fits on the machine and what it touches
- Or courier the part to our factory, marked with your name and enquiry reference

Common questions
Do I need a drawing?
No. Many parts are made from the old part or from clear photos taken beside a ruler, with the key sizes written down. A drawing makes the quotation firmer.
Which files can I send?
PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or STP drawings, and JPG or PNG photos. Send them on WhatsApp or email them to {email}, quoting your enquiry reference.
Will a new part need a mould?
A part that has never been made before usually needs a mould. The quotation says whether one is needed for your part.
How do I send a physical sample?
Courier it to {company}, {address}, marked with your name and enquiry reference.
How are my drawings handled?
Drawings and files you send us are used only to quote and make your parts.
