About these parts
A gasket seals the joint between two faces so that water, oil, air or gas cannot escape. Most of the gaskets we make are moulded to a customer drawing or matched from an old gasket, in the compound that suits what the joint holds.

Common questions
What do you need to quote a custom gasket?
The drawing, or the old gasket, plus the thickness, the number and size of bolt holes, what the joint seals, and the quantity. If you only have the cover, a photo of it beside a ruler is enough to start.
Can you make large rectangle gaskets for pump bodies?
Yes. Large rectangle gaskets for pump casings and covers are part of our range. Send the cover drawing or the old gasket with its outside dimensions.
Should my gasket be plain rubber or fabric-reinforced?
Plain rubber suits most covers and flanges. Fabric reinforcement helps when the joint sees higher pressure or the gasket must not stretch while it is fitted. Tell us the application and we will suggest the right build.
